THE CONTRACT
|
Respondents agree that all beneficial interests in every taxonomy, shall be returned to
and reconveyed to The Sacred Trust for the intended beneficiaries and citizens of the
Sacred Trust immediately. This includes all Hawaii Nei, all deeds, and taxes.
Respindents also agree that all Na Kanaka Maoli and/or native Hawaiian inhabitants
are not in any jurisdiction of any Respondents, and that no man shall be removed from his
domicile. Decree of jurisdiction by and/or through trickery, lies, and/or deceptions is void
ab initio.
Resondents further agree that they must set free all inhabitants, nonviolent offenders,
and citizens of the Sacred Trust, immediately, and that monetary compensation is due to
them for damages and injuries. No payments are authorized for any huuman warehousing
of nonviolent offenders and any/all payments that have been received released to the
Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation immediately.
All "Community Development Projects". chemical dumping and spriying, strip fishing,
and other forms of destruction of Hawaii Nei must stop immediately in our territory. From
now on, all development must be in harmony with God, Nature, and Hawaii Nei.
From today forth, the following agressments must be observed, or the consequences:

- Respondents voluntarily agree to all TERMS AND CONDITIONS of our contract in
all correspondence, deeds and actions.
- Respondents agree to turn over all records, documents, instruments, deeds, and papers.
- Respondents voluntarily agree to RICO contravention, and that all culpability,
liability, accountability and responsibility for all their own actions shall rest upon the
offenders.
- Respondents agree to subrogation, abrogation, substitution, and replacement.
- Respondents voluntarily agree to pay the amounts agreed to on the Invoices and in
accord with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS including past, present, and future action.
- Respondents voluntarily agree to adjust, settle, close, and deliver all proceeds to the Sacred Trust".

7. | Respondents voluntarily agree that any agreements made outside of thise
parameters are in fact and deed void ab initio, and outstanding balances will be
billed for immediate payment.

8. | Respondents voluntarily agree to forfeit, surrender, conbey and deliver all property,
interests, and potentials including all susurpations, acconts, cases, files, chattels,
structures, fixtures, stock, benefits, securities, units, interests, licenses, bonds,
insurance, burial plots, inheritances, descendants, trusts, contracts, prepaid funeral
plans, derivatives, patents, copyrights, trademarks, spouses, associations.,
instruments, futures, hedges, records, judgments, veils, entities, gifts, fictions,
accruals, assumptions, ministries, creations, appliances, approprations,
malapropriations, policies, Acts, laws, transters, documents, orders, papers, futures,
potentials, certificates, registrations, intellectual potential, agreements, managers,
directors, chairmen, board members, plans, flow charts, authority, command,
retirements, powers, directions, schemas, Corporate Charter, Articles of
Incorporation, companies, businesses, partnerships, controls, rights, mutual funds,
DNA, all research potentials, Oaths of Office, their bodies, and all the like, in their
entirety, to us, for the "Trust" in this instant matter. (I believe they call this what you
refer to as 'business risks')

9. | Respondents voluntarily agree to allow us to subrogate in all cases of breach of
contract, withholding, malappropriations or otherwise nonpayment.

10. | Respondents voluntarily agree to completely restore, redress, indemnify, replevins,
and compensate for all products, services, costs, fees, expenses, penalties, fines,
damages, and injuries and the like, in addition.

11. | Respondents boluntarily agree that absolutely no liability rest upon the Sacred Trust
or any of the beneficiaries of the Sacred Trust.

12. | Respondents voluntarily agree Resopndents are noticed that Respondents are
in violation of universal laws, and principles and must stand for universal judgment
and have hereby been given three opportunities to cure and repent.

13. | Respondents voluntarily agree to pay for the damatges and reparations to the lands,
inhabitants, surrounding oceans, healing of the spirits and restoration of the Hawai'i Nei.

14. | Respondents voluntarily agree that all records shall show, that no other lawfully
delegated authority exists except in the Private International Superior Administrative
Tribunal administered by the Senior Interational Diplomatic Ambassadors who
shall also stand as witnesses, ministers, judges, commissioners, ambssadors,
reconveyors, conbeyors, transfer agents, financial collectors, and the like.

15. | Respondents agree the Representatives are appointed and vested in power and
authority by the Royal Trustees of The Kingdom Of Hawai'i Nation Ministry Trust, no
other authority exists within the United States or Internationl borders or arenas so

16. | that no other elected, appointed, or delegated authority exists over The Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation or Hawai'i Neil.

17. | Respondents agree to end the over 200 hundred years of documented evidence
and facts that prove unconscionable acts, including violence, terror and torture,
catastrophic suffering, injuries, and damages by and through blatant usurpation,
extortion, slavery, barratry, misrepresentation, unreasonable duty of care, gross
negligence, malfeasances in office and trustees, corruption in government.

18. | Respondents agree to to end the exploitations of Hawai'i Nei, unsurpations of private
interests and privatization and misuse of public interests, the rapes, murders,
plundering, pillaging, pirating, and mayhems, that has transpired under your hands
against a peaceful and private internationally recongnized Kingdom, its lands, and it's
native population in form and substance.

19. | Respondents agree to deport all employees from all COURTS and
COURTHOUSES that are operating in private activity municipal securities, willful
misconduct, bad faith, unjust enrichment, and/or gross negligence in the
performance of its duties and/or its reckless disregard of its obligations under this
agreement for The Kingdom of Hawai'i.

20. | Respondents agree to stop, halt, cease and desist all private activity municipal
security actions.

21. | Respondents agree that all prisoners must be immediately released from
incarceration and/or any/all additional obligations for all non-injurious criminal
activities and private activity municipal securities in Resopondents' books and all
prosecutions performed under bills of pains and penalties, malfeasants, misusing
and/or misappropriating principle, benefits, interests and/or resources, and/or
gaining from unjust enrichment.

22. | Respondents agree to take all their dangerous, injurious and/or harmful substances
including controlled substances, with them upon deportation off the Kingdom of
Hawai'i Nation lands, air and seas.

23. | Respondents agree that their actions are that of a tort feasor, through interntional
mala of social, economical, moral and ethical codes of conduct and in blatant
disregard of every law known to man in accord with Universal Laws.

24. | Respondents agree The Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation and The Sacred Trust is not
subject to the Alinsky Model of Economics, or The Cloward-Piven Strategy of
economic sabotage, created by and through the world's multilevel institutions for and apocalyptic government.

25. | Respondents agree The Kingdom of Hawai'i Nation and The Sacred Trust is not
subject to The Communist Handbook of Psychological Warfare.

26. | Respondents agree that Respondents are not welcome to inhabit, exists, or visit anything in the Sacred Trust.

27. | Respondents agree that their actions have cause catastrophic mental, physical, and
spiritual damages, injuries, and agrees to full fidelity.

28. | Respondents agree to use all correspondence as exhibits and evidence, and any
and all information obtain may be used for any purpose.

29. | All orders, bills, invoices True Bills in Accounting delivered are negotiable bills of lading.
